Start with a Deep Cleaning
Our Standard Cleaning is designed for homes that are already regularly maintained. If this is your first cleaning with us or your home has not been professionally cleaned in the last 30–60 days, we highly recommend booking a Deep Cleaning. A deep cleaning allows us the extra time needed to remove built-up dust, grime, soap scum, and other accumulated dirt, creating the ideal starting point for future standard cleanings.
Standard Cleaning does not include the extra time required to remove heavy buildup, excessive grease, hard water stains, or neglected areas. If our team determines that your home requires a deep cleaning upon arrival, we will discuss your options before beginning service. Additional charges may apply if you choose to upgrade.

At Dazzle by Destinee, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in providing exceptional cleaning services with attention to detail.
If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of your service. We will gladly return to address any missed areas at no additional charge.
To ensure the best possible resolution
- Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment.
- The areas in question must not have been used or re-cleaned before our return visit.
- Our guarantee covers missed cleaning tasks included in your scheduled service and does not cover new messes, normal settling of dust, or items outside the scope of the original service.
- Refunds are not provided. Our team will return to re-clean any verified missed areas.
We appreciate the opportunity to make things right and are committed to providing every customer with a clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained home.
First-time cleanings may require a Deep Cleaning rather than a Standard Cleaning if the home has excessive buildup.
We encourage customers to complete a walkthrough with us before we leave whenever possible.
Our team may take before-and-after photos of the cleaned areas for quality assurance and to document the condition of the home. Photos are used only for business purposes and are never shared publicly without your permission.
